How can Userwill support my family?

The Userwill Legacy Manager allows you to document which online services you have accounts with or subscriptions to. You can then specify what should happen to those accounts and subscriptions when you pass away.

After your death, all your family needs to do is send us a death certificate. Userwill will then cancel the subscriptions stored in your Legacy Manager and carry out your instructions. In this way, Userwill helps ease the burden on your family during a difficult time.

How will Userwill be notified of my death?

During your lifetime, you can leave instructions for your digital legacy in our Legacy Manager. We will then send you a Precautionary Card by mail with your personal Userwill ID. You will receive five copies to distribute to your family members as you see fit.

To notify Userwill of your death, your family will need the Userwill ID printed on your Precautionary Card along with an official death certificate. They can then report the death through our Legacy Manager.

How much does Userwill cost for me and my loved ones?

As an insured user, you will be charged an annual fee of €30 or alternatively a monthly fee of €3. You may cancel your membership at any time. In the event of your death, your membership will automatically terminate.

In the event of your death, there is no cost to your loved ones. The fulfillment of your stored instructions is covered by the membership fees you paid during your lifetime.
